Challenge

Having a specialty condition is tough. It’s even harder when you’re a kid. Accredo Specialty Pharmacy develops amazing ways to help patients understand their treatments, but kids and their caregivers can have a hard time getting important information in fun, easy ways that help kids want to learn and stay healthy. 

Solution

The Junior Care Force (JCF) was assembled by a super squad of IA, Marketing, Product and Digital teams. Our health heroes are constantly creating new games and activities to deliver incredible information to kids at Juniorcareforce.com – our health HQ where we gamify education for conditions covered by Accredo TRCs. We’ve deployed the JCF at conferences, in activity books and through client, member and provider communications to build a supercharged campaign for Accredo.

Results

  • 12 new games launched through partnership with our development team in the last year
  • 3x-5x longer visit times for visitors to the Junior Care Force site vs. average
  • 3 new characters developed to teach kids about sickle cell disease and rare conditions
  • Winner of a 2024 In-House Agency Forum (IHAF) Creativity Award
