Outcomes was a legacy Express Scripts event for years and well-known around the industry. With the inception of Evernorth, Outcomes continues to be an opportunity to educate the industry on what we do. A large percentage of Evernorth clients and prospects view us as simply a PBM and are unaware of our breadth of solutions across pharmacy, benefits management, and care. This lack of awareness can lead to not being seen as innovators and industry leaders.

Solution

Outcomes is an invite-only event that brings together industry leaders. This annual event is a combination of main stage presentations, webinars, break out sessions, an impressive interactive Expo and more, that enlighten and educate attendees on the latest in the industry and what Evernorth is doing to lead the way.

2024 was the year to position Evernorth as the leader that is breaking through and improving the system, across the board. Reaching Beyond was our theme and brought to life across the Outcomes universe, inspiring attendees to work with us and teaching them all we can do for the system, the people and their business.

Results

• More than 20% growth in guest attendance over 2023
• 95% guest satisfaction
• Survey response increased significantly from 2023 regarding  (“I’m going to contact Evernorth to learn more about something shared at Outcomes.”)
• More than 8 in 10 survey respondents “obtained new information that will change how I manage my benefits strategy.”
• Almost 2 out of 3 respondents are likely to recommend Evernorth for broader health service benefits.
